Taking into consideration the 2 WB motions passed at the GA concerning the one membership and the decentralized fee strucuture, I would recommend the newly elected board to consider revising again the IFOAM general architecture, including the self organized structures / regional and interests goups and their connection with the IFOAM OI structure. This in order to have a better and clearer governance of the federation and improve its positive impacts both globally and regionally. The revison should define a common set of basic rules in how these IFOAM structures are participated by members, including effective oversight and complaint mechanisms in place. Moroever when regional structures reach pre-defined indicators of relevance, they should be granted a a seat in the IFOAM Organics International World Board. This execise should be done before the next IFOAM OI general assembly, where to eventually vote Statutory modification to enable the proposed changes;  different scenarios of way forward should be discussed by the membership beforehand (possibly by end of 2023) in order to obtain feedbacks and suggestions for direction.

Following the current financial situation of IFOAM OI and to improve the sustainability of the economic model of the organization, we recommend the new Board to explore other legal ways than taking a financial stake in a consortium with local actors to organize the future Organic World Congress that would bring equal guarantees for IFOAM OI regarding :

• The main objectives
• The spirit and values
• The interations that IFOAM OI wants to have with the local organization team

but would prevent IFOAM OI from the financial risks linked to this stake.

Three recommendations from FNAB, France:

1) This GA recommends that all due diligence be done by individuals or member organisations concerned to find the boxes of IFOAM archives 1972-1977 that disappeared in the USA in the 1980s, as well as the complete set of Newsletters 1972 -1977 that disappeared in Germany in the year 2000.

2) This GA recommends that the IFOAM Secretariat make available an account of the activities of the "IFOAM Ambassadors" appointed in New-Delhi in 2017, Agenda point 81 (IFOAM GA 2017_draft minutes_short_page 16).

3) This GA recommends that the IFOAM World Board make available henceforth the proceedings of its deliberations past and future, insofar as they may concern the member organisations of the federation.
