1) This GA recommends that all due diligence be done by individuals or member organisations concerned to find the boxes of IFOAM archives 1972-1977 that disappeared in the USA in the 1980s, as well as the complete set of Newsletters 1972 -1977 that disappeared in Germany in the year 2000.

2) This GA recommends that the IFOAM Secretariat make available an account of the activities of the "IFOAM Ambassadors" appointed in New-Delhi in 2017, Agenda point 81 (IFOAM GA 2017_draft minutes_short_page 16).

3) This GA recommends that the IFOAM World Board make available henceforth the proceedings of its deliberations past and future, insofar as they may concern the member organisations of the federation.

The Declaration sets out the conclusions of the Pre-Conference on Organic Animal Husbandry. It acknowledges the centrality of animals/livestock in sustainable agriculture and highlights the key priorities for supporting, developing and promoting organic animal husbandry.  It emphasises that organic animal production must take place in the context of holistic systems that enhance environmental benefits and animal welfare.
The Declaration will be posted on the IFOAM OI website.
